摘 要：本文拟采用文献资料法和调查研究法，从江苏省苏州张家港市的体育场馆的现状以及发展趋势出发，对张家港市大型体育场馆经营管理中存在的问题进行分析，重点调查和分析包括开展的体育项目，运营方式，盈利情况，指导和参加人群等影响因素。并提出相应的对策，旨在为有关部门提供决策参考，以推动张家港市体育场馆业的不断发展和完善。

Abstract：This Literature and survey research paper to be adopted, starting from the status and development trend of the stadiums in Suzhou, Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province,Zhangjiagang City, major sports venues in the management, analysis, and focus ofthe investigation and analysis carried out by sportsproject, the way they operate,profitability, guidance, and participation in population factor. And propose appropriate measures, designed to provide a reference for the relevant departments to promote the continuous development and improvement ofZhangjiagang City stadium industry.
