摘要：动画分镜头设计是体现动画片的叙事语言风格、构架故事的逻辑、控制节奏的重要环节，分镜头画面设计的节奏把握不但是对全片所有镜头的变化与连接关系，甚至阐释整个影片的风格，因此对于动画中每一个镜头作出准确地设定, 以增强动画影片的生动性，增强观众的激动情绪以达到吸引和产生共鸣的效果。寻求各个镜头节奏的要素与动画完美结合的规律、方法、技巧是本文讨论的目的。

白描二维动画短片是把白描手法运用在二维动画中，强调线条在短片的重要性，相对于一般的动画短片，白描型的短片更加有特色。对白描动画中的分镜进行分析研究，找到其表现的方法。然后对其他类型、题材的动画短片的分镜运用进行分析讲解，概括总结其表现的方法和技巧。对照比较白描二维动画与其他二维动画的分解运用风格，找出它们的共通点和差异。根据白描二维短片的特征特点，研究好这类短片的分镜运用手法，把这些都应用到我的毕业设计《飛》的创作中，在白描这一领域实践、研究和探索。
