摘要：在生活中侵犯网络隐私的事件，尤其是侵犯个人信息隐私的事件频繁发生，使得网络环境下个人信息隐私权的法律保护成为不容忽视的一个问题，而我国在网络隐私权的法律保护方面的规定存在缺陷，我国关于隐私权的立法，至今没有相应直接的规定，国内学者对于网络隐私权立法的态度基本一致，都认为这部法律的制定势在必行。因此，笔者认为有必要加强对网络隐私权的立法，分析我国网络隐私权法律保护存在的缺陷及原因，借鉴外国网络隐私权法律保护的经验，进而获得我国网络隐私权法律保护的完善建议与构想，以期回应当下我国网络隐私权保护的需要。

Abstract：Violation of online privacy in life events,especially the frequent violation of the privacy of personal informationg,legal protection of the privacy of personal information in the network environment can not be ignored, and our provisions in the legal protection of online privacyflawed, our privacy legislation,there has been no corresponding direct regulation, domestic scholars is basically the same attitude for online privacy legislation,that the formulation of the law is imeerative.I believe that the need to strengthen the network of privacy.legislation,analysis of defects and the reasons of legal protection of our network privacy,learn from the experience of foreign network privacy laws to protect and to obtain the sound advice and ideas of the legal protection of china’s internet Privacy in order to respond to present our internet privacy protection needs

随着网络产业的迅猛发展，我们必须加强对其的管制，一方面促使网络产业健康发展，使人们享受现代技术资源带来的益处;另一方面，在人们感受高科技惠及的同时，更好的保障网络环境下的隐私权。加强网络管制我们必须加快制订和完善网络隐私权法律保护体系，制定相应的法律规范，真正把保护人们的网络隐私权落到实处。
