摘要:随着社会经济的快速发展，建筑业已经成为我国支柱型产业。对质量的高度重视和普遍关注已是当今世界的一个显著特点。确保和提高建筑工程质量已是建筑业界永远不变的目标。优秀的建筑工程质量可以很好的保护国家财产和人民生命财产安全，同时，也关系到企业的长久发展。为了能够在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出，建筑企业越来越重视建筑质量。然而，有一些企业仍然没有把建筑工程质量放在最重要的位置上而一味的追求经济利益。因此，选择全面质量管理与控制理论在建筑工程项目中的运用研究，具有十分重要的现实意义。

Abstract：With the development of economy construction industry has become the foundational industry of our society. It has been a striking global trait that people nowadays attach great importance and pay close attention to quality. Ensuring and improving the quality of structure is the perpetual target of structure scope. Perfect construction quality directly related to state property and safety of the people, related to long-term development of construction enterprises. In order to be able to in the fierce market competition, construction enterprises pay more and more attention to construction quality. However, some companies still not placed the construction quality is the most important position and blindly pursuing economic benefits. Therefore, the quality management of construction object is chosen as this research object, and it is important and meaningful for the whole process of construction object.

本文首先介绍了国内外相关研究理论，阐述了质量管理的概念，其次详细阐述了全面质量管理的方法；然后，对建筑工程项目质量控制做了详细的说明；在上述理论的基础上，结合淮安市雨润广场工程项目，详细论述全面质量管理的方法在影响建筑工程项目质量的五大因素中的运用；对建筑工程项目质量管理工作提出了自己的看法；强调工程项目质量管理与控制要牢牢抓住这五大因素进行严格管理，其中人的因素是最重要的因素；当然，任何文章都不是十全十美的，由于篇幅所限，本文缺少数据分析，没有能够说明用数据进行定量分析的方法来控制工程项目质量。
