摘要:近年来，连锁超市在我国迅猛的发展。随着经济一体化进程的加速，国外大型零售企业纷纷进入我国并迅速扩张以抢占市场，全国零售市场的全面开放，大型外资连锁超市也相继入驻云南省，给本土连锁超市带来极为严峻的考验。本文正是在这种背景下展开的，希望能对云南省本土连锁超市的发展提出合理化的建议。
基于此，本文综合云南省本土连锁超市物流配送状况、配送体系存在的问题进行了调查研究；并以相关理论为基础，对云南省本土连锁超市物流配送进行分析研究，通过现有的本土连锁超市物流配送模式的分析，认为共同配送模式是适合云南省连锁超市的物流配送模式。最后从配送中心和配送路径的优化、基础设施建设、云南省物流信息平台的构建、国家地方政策的扶持等方面，提出了提高云南省物流配送效率的对策。

Abstract:Supermarket chains have been developing rapidly in China in recent years. With the acceleration of economic integration, a large foreign retail enterprises have come into China and quickly expand and seizes the market. As the national retail market opens up, large foreign supermarket chains have also entered Yunnan province. It is a big challenge to the local supermarket chains. Hence, in the context of this situation, this paper is going to come up with some suggestions for Yunnan local supermarket chains.
Based on this, the paper has researched into the problems of distribution situation and delivery system. Based on relevant theories, it is going to studied and analyzed logistics distribution of Yunnan local supermarket chains, and through the existing local supermarket chain logistics distribution mode analysis, finding that the joint distribution model is suitable for Yunnan province of supermarket chain logistics distribution mode. Finally, from the optimization of distribution center and distribution route, infrastructure construction, the construction of logistics information platform in Yunnan province, support of local and national policy, the paper has put forward some countermeasures to improve the logistics distribution in Yunnan province.
