摘要:随着经济全球化的形成,我国酒店产业已形成国际性的产业规模。为了促进我国酒店产业的可持续性发展,满足我国酒店管理人才的需要,全国各大高等学校纷纷开设酒店管理专业。由于起步晚,发展迟,我国在酒店管理人才培养的认识上还有很多值得商讨的地方,在实践上更是存在很多的不足。本文通过介绍酒店管理的概念及分析我国酒店管理人才培养的现状,并以xx学院人才培养为例,指出现阶段我国酒店管理人才培养存在的问题,并且在此基础上提出一些对策与建议。

Abstract:With the formation of economic globalization, the hotel industry in our country has developed into an international scale of business chain. In order to promote the sustainable development of hotel industry in China and satisfy the needs of China hotel management talents, the majority of our national higher education schools set up the hotel management major one of another. Due to the late start and development, talent training of hotel management has still a lot to be discussed in many ways, and of course, in practice there are many shortcomings. This paper introduces the concept of hotel management as well as analyzing Chinese current situation of talent training. The author takes the personnel training course in South China Normal University of ZengCheng colleges as an example for the purpose of pointing out the existing problems of domestic hotel management and at the same time, putting forward some countermeasures and suggestions based on my research.

作为培养酒店管理专业人才的高等院校,应该联系实际,明确好培养的目标,合理科学地设置课程,培养和引进经验丰富的“双师型”教师以及加强实践教学。只有将这几方面有机地结合起来,才能为我国酒店业培养出一大批高素质人才。
中国的酒店管理专业人才培养要顺应市场与国际酒店业接轨,要作的努力还很多,从促进我国酒店业可持续发展的需要出发,与时俱进、推陈出新,探讨高等院校酒店管理专业的人才培养已经势在必行,在这方面的努力和尝试将有益于提高我国高校酒店管理专业人才培养水平,为不断发展的酒店业提供更合格更优秀的专业人才。
