摘要：随着经济的快速发展，物流行业也发展迅速，从以前的传统物流发展至今，成为了多元化的物流。当今社会中最引人注目的就是第三方物流和多式联运，第三方物流象征着物流发展的方向，很多企业将物流视为配套的服务，而今很多企业都放弃了自身的物流，而将其外包给了专业的物流公司，因而诞生了第三方物流；多式联运则象征着物流运输业的统一化快捷化发展，减少其中间环节，加快了物流的速度，提升了物流的效率。
本文通过多方面对第三方物流和多式联运进行比较，找出两者的相同点与不同点，并且能够通过两者的相同点找出能够结合的地方，并且优化第三方物流与多式联运。

ABSTRACT：With the rapid development of economy, the logistics industry is also developing rapidly, since the development of traditional logistics before become diversified logistics. The most attract somebody attention in today society is the third party logistics and multimodal transport, the third party logistics symbolizes the direction of development of the logistics, many enterprises take logistics as a supporting service, and now many companies are giving up their own logistics, and be outsoured to professional logistics; unification multimodal intermediate links, to speed up the logistics.
