摘要:随着经济的发展，在我国的企业中，中小企业所占的比例越来越大，它对我国的经济发展有着很大的影响作用，致使它成为了政府所要关注的主要企业。目前我国内地有150万左右家民营企业，其中80%以上属于家族企业，本文通过对我国家族企业在发展道路上遇到的问题进行研究分析。主要从以下几个方面入手：第一：从家族与企业之间存在特殊关系进行分析研究，即我国家族企业的组织构成存在哪些问题。第二：对我国家族企业在人力资源方面出现哪些问题进行研究。第三：对我国家族企业中因为集权而导致不科学的决策进行研究。很多中小企业都是因为不能很好的解决问题，导致企业面临倒闭的困境。在进行一定研究之后，针对我国家族企业遇到的各种问题，结合前人的观点提出自己的应对策略，这也是论文的重点。最后对本篇论文进行总结，希望对我国家族企业在发展道路上有所帮助，从而促进我国的经济发展，增强我国的综合国力。
本篇论文针对的是我国家族企业这类较为特殊的企业进行研究的，文章的主要内容有几个部分：第一：对我国家族企业的发展现状进行一定的概述。这个部分主要表现出本篇论文的写作目的和写作的意义。第二：对我国家族企业在发展过程中存在哪些问题进行概述。这个部分也正是本篇论文写作的真正开始，发觉企业出现哪些问题对文章的写作至关重要。第三：就我国家族企业出现的问题进行成因分析。这个部分主要分析造成我国家族企业在发展中存在问题的原因，清楚了问题的由来才能更好的解决。第四：就前面几个部分对我国家族企业的研究，提出一些对策。

ABSTRACT:Along with the development of the economy, the enterprises in our country, the proportion of small and medium-sized enterprises is more and more big, it has a great impact on the country's economic development, making it become the government to be the main focus of the enterprise. At present there are about 1.5 million private enterprises in mainland China, more than 80% of them are family enterprises, this article through to the family enterprises in the development of our country through analyzing problems on the road. Mainly from the following several aspects: first, from the special relationship between the family and the business analysis, i.e. what are the problems the organization form of family enterprises in China. Second: the family businesses in China appear what problem in human resources for research. Third: family businesses in China because the centralized power and lead to scientific decision for research. A lot of small and medium-sized enterprises is not very good solve the problem, lead to enterprise facing bankruptcy. After some research, in view of the various problems in the family business in our country, in combination with predecessors' point of view put forward their own coping strategies, which is the focus of the paper. Finally, this paper summarized, hope to help family enterprises in the development road in our country, and to promote China's economic development, enhance the comprehensive national strength of our country.
