摘要：近年来，便利店在我国迅速发展，迅速在我国零售业占据一席之地。然而，在我国便利店高速发展的同时，也存在着许多问题，这些问题直接导致我国便利店利润与规模远低于国际大型便利店。本文通过分析上海可的便利店的物流配送体系，结合我国实际情况，建议我国便利店根据企业自身能力自营物流或使用第三方物流，实现物流配送模式的复合化，重视并建设具备先进技术与管理的自动化配送中心和建立快速反应的物流信息系统，发展适合我国便利店企业的物流配送体系，提高物流配送效率。

Abstract：Convenience stores in our country in recent years, rapid development, and rapidly in China's retail industry. In convenience stores and high speed development in our country at the same time, however, there are also many problems, these problems directly cause our convenience store profits and the scale is far lower than the international large convenience stores. Logistics distribution system based on the analysis of Shanghai's convenience store, combined with the actual situation in our country, suggested that China's convenience store according to their own ability own logistics or the use of third party logistics, realize the logistics distribution mode of compound, attaches great importance to the construction and have advanced technology and management automation of distribution centers and the establishment of quick response logistics information system, logistics distribution system suitable to China's convenience store business development, improve the efficiency of logistics distribution.
