摘要：随着现代社会经济的不断发展，物流业已成为了社会经济的重要组成部分，而物流在企业经营战略中的地位也日渐受到重视，选择一个合适的物流模式已成为现代企业所必须面临的课题，这也是企业界讨论的一个重点。本文通过对企业物流模式概述、企业物流模式选择因素和标准等的深入探究，提出现代企业物流模式决策的一些个人陋见。
