摘要:随着科技的高速发展,人们的生活也在悄悄地发生变化,传统的金融活动已经无法满足人们的日常需求。伴随着互联网的普及,传统支付的形式也在改变,出现了一种新的支付方式,即移动支付。
移动支付的出现使用户可以不受地域的限制,享受随时随地的支付体验。通过移动终端,用户可以向银行发送支付指令或者转账指令,进行支付。互联网与金融的有机结合,打破了传统金融的壁垒,为用户提供了一种新的金融服务。在移动支付行业中,拉卡拉是最早进军这一市场的企业之一,也是较为成功的一家企业。
本文以拉卡拉公司为例证,从企业的核心竞争力理论着手,结合了移动支付行业的特征,通过AHP(层次分析法)对拉卡拉公司的核心竞争力的各部分(技术能力部分、经营管理能力部分、整合能力部分)作出了分析,解析了拉卡拉作为一个移动支付公司的核心竞争力,并以AHP模型为依据进一步分析了提升凡客核心竞争力的策略。

ABSTRACT: With the rapid development of technology, people's lives are quietly changing and the traditional financial activities has been unable to meet the daily needs of the people. With the popularity of the Internet, the traditional payment is changing, and a new payment method appears, called mobile payments.
The mobile payment make users pay anytime and anywhere. Through mobile terminals, users can send payment instructions or transfer instructions to the bank for payment. The combination of the Internet and finance has broken the traditional financial barriers, to provide users with a new financial services. In the mobile payment industry, Lakala Payment Co., Ltd is one of the earliest companies to enter this market, but also is one of the most successful companies.
As a example about Lakala Payment Co., Ltd, the paper analyzes Lakala Payment Co., Ltd's core competitiveness’ factors(such as technical capacity, management capacity and integration capability) through the corporation's core competence theory, characteristics of the e-commerce and AHP. It also analyzes the constituent elements and present situation about Lakala Payment Co., Ltd's core competitiveness, and how to improve it by AHP model.
