本文在运用市场营销理论中波特五力模型以及行业发展周期理论,结合了近三年统计数据和国家“十二五”规划的相关内容,对富盛阀业所处的行业环境以及五力进行了分析,找到富盛阀业在市场竞争策略中所存在的问题,结合差异化市场竞争策略,为公司制定了产品线和特色策略,同时也为了其他中小阀门企业的发展提供了依据和参考。
本文主要得出以下结论:①采用“精小、专小”的市场竞争策略,找到市场的空白点;②实现优势互补的联合竞争策略,实现双赢;③实施与众不同的经营特色策略,寻求市场缝隙,找到合适发展之路等等。富盛阀业目前面对新时期的新战国时代,如何提高市场反应速度,如何更好的实施差异化市场竞争策略,为实现公司更好的发展和客户企业之间的双赢,任重而道远!

Abstract:Nowadays more and more industries and fields, such as petrochemical industry, natural gas chemical industry as we know, coal chemical industry, city gas, sewage treatment, mining metallurgy, food, medicine and oil, etc., industrial valve is one of the most widely used parts, its product variety specification is various, the good and bad are intermingled.
Based on porter five models in marketing theory and industry cycle theory, combined with the statistical data of nearly three years and the country's 12th five-year plan related content, to fusheng industry environment for the valve industry, five are analyzed, and find the fusheng valve industry the problems in the market competition strategy, combining with differentiation competition strategy, set the product line and characteristic strategy for the company, at the same time also to the development of other small and medium-sized enterprises valve provides basis and reference.
