摘要：经济全球化不断发展，生产要素在国际市场上快速的流动，其中包括国际资本的全球流动，为寻求更好的回报，获得最大的报酬，国际资本在全球不同的区域投资，达到资本要素的充分利用。并且资本的流动弥补了东道国的投资缺口，还带来了其他生产要素的转移，从而促进经济贸易的全球化发展。我国自从七八十年代对外开放开始，吸引外资方面有很大的成绩，在发展中国家显得十分亮眼，位居世界前几位。外商投资也给我们国家的经济各个方面注入了不同的活力，促进了经济高速发展。现以经济总体上比较发达、市场化程度相对较高和经济较早外向型发展的沿海省市——江苏省为例，外资对江苏省瞩目的经济发展成绩有着不可低估的贡献和重要影响。江苏省利用充分的沿海地理优势和毗邻上海广东等发达地区的辐射作用，在外资利用方面取得了较好的经济效应。如对资本的大量积累，技术、管理经验的不断引进，产业水平的继续提升，就业的有效增加和对外贸易竞争力的刺激促进都有积极影响。同时引进的外资在江苏省内也有地区投资上的分布不均，造成收入分配不均，地区经济发展不平衡等问题。对三大产业的投向不均，也同样不利于产业的平衡发展。因此有必要对江苏省的引进外资的现状进行分析，亦通过跟其他省市的比较来分析江苏省利用外资的效益与不足之处，得出引进外资对经济的整体影响。
