摘要:随着我国经济的发展,全民重视教育的时代来临了。现在父母为子女择校、接受教育的标准也发生了变化,符合个人兴趣与意愿的教育方式日益受到重视,如何兼顾大学教育的普遍化与多元选择性,是我们国家当前社会民生的一项重要课题。合作办学的崛起为我国教育的普及和发展贡献很大,而且促使办学模式发生了基本的变化,产生了独具我国特色的办学文化,并且形成以公办教育为主体,公办与合作办学共同发展的多种产权并存的办学体制。近几年来,国内外学校交流越来越密切,加上政府的政策推动,江苏省的中外合作办学项目越来越多,让学生有了更为开放的学习环境。合作办学模式取得较好的社会效益,缓解了教育的供需矛盾,但另一方面,中外合作办学的教育管理模式与学校内部管理等方面发生了一定的冲突,因而产生了一些问题。

   本文针对中外合作办学的问题做了以下内容的研究:首先对中外合作办学的现状进行分析,了解中外合作办学的产生的背景。并以徐州工程学院中法班为例,通过分析徐州工程学院的中法合作办学的现状和存在的问题, 分析目前合作办学模式的利弊,最后提出了解决的对策。

Abstract:With the rapid development of China's economy, people begin to pay more attention to the education. Now standards for education used by parents have also changed, education pattern which matching individual interest and willingness begin to get more attention, and how to balance the universality and multiple selective of university education, become an urgent and important task for us. Running schools using cooperation method contribute a lot to the education’s popularization and the development of country. It also leads to the basic mode change, and the unique characteristics of the school culture have been created, it formed a system that with public education as the main body, along with the variety of educational methods. In recent years, more and more academic exchanges happened in domestic and international school and the relationship got closer, and with the government's policy to promote the development of education, a lot of cooperative education projects appear in Jiangsu Province, which give the students a more opening learning environment. Cooperation mode achieved good social benefits and eases the contradiction between supply and demand for education, but on the other hand, occurrence of certain conflicts between the cooperative education mode and education management of internal management, which resulting some problems.

   This essay focus issues of the cooperation education projects, and do the following research.  first, the do analysis on the status of cooperation education, understand the background; through the analysis of the Sino-French cooperation education of Xuzhou Institute of technology schools, investigate the current situation and problems of the Sino-French cooperation of Xuzhou Institute of technology school; finally based on the above research then put forward the countermeasures.

所谓衣食足则知荣辱,仓廪足则知廉耻,如今我国的经济发达,历经了贫困到富有、落后到现代、计划经济到市场经济等等变化过程,教育体制上也随着社会生活、经济发展而有所进步,如九年制义务教育的普及、高等教育的普及和合作办学的展开等,进入新世纪以来,物质条件越来越好,国民的购买力提高,消费型态也有变化,基本的民生问题已经基本解决,国人对于教育建设方面质与量的要求也日渐重视,社会大众、民间团体、家长、民众对学校教育的期望,也更加殷切,近年来推动教育改革呼声一直持续不断,主管教育行政机关,也应整体社会环境的需要,促使高等教育国际化越来越成为实施高等教育过程中的重要组成部分,中外合作办学是我国高等教育办学形式的又一有益补充,是我国高等教育办学形式的新模式,中外合作办学的过程将引进国外优质教育资源,有利于借鉴和吸收国外先进的教育理念、办学模式、教材教法以及课程设置。本研究通过对我国中外合作办学的发展历程、特点等基本分析和对一所中外合作办学具体的办学机构“徐州工程学院中法合作班”进行的个案调查以及获得的经验启示,从而分析徐州中外合作办学的主要经验与不足,进而对我国中外合作办学提出改进建议与未来展望。
