摘要:绿色物流源于20世纪末期，它的形成与发展使可持续发展理论得以实现,是新诞生的一种物流管理模式。它从多个角度建立有利于环境的共生型物流管理，利用先进的科学技术，以求降低资源消耗，减少对环境造成的污染为目标，对整个物流管理过程中的环节进行规划和实施。与绿色制造、绿色消费构成一个新型的绿色循环系统，既节约了资源，又实现了保护环境的目的，全面的实现物流操作和管理过程的绿色化。但是我国绿色物流的发展问题严峻,存在诸多的问题，如观念普及不够广泛、对其研究缺乏政策支持、技术相对于其他国家较落后、专业人才急缺等问题，为此采用PEST分析法对无锡市绿色物流发展现状进行探究与分析。绿色物流管理战略及其发展的需求迫使人们对以往传统物流中的环境问题进行深刻的反思和检讨，警示我们不能过度的消耗地球上有限的资源来实现人们对经济利益的狂热追求，最终导致生存环境的严重破坏，从而子孙后代不能够得到有利的发展。现代物流业作为关联性强的综合性行业，不仅要需要全面贯彻落实“可持续发展”科学发展观，而且要作为人们实现绿色化生活的一个良好开端，领先于其它各行各业，推动整体社会的快速良好发展，为此我们更加需要不断创新，开辟出一条人与自然和谐发展共同进步的双赢道路。

Abstract:Green Logistics from the late 20th century, its formation and development of the theory of sustainable development can be achieved, is a new logistics management mode. 传统物流只是被动的提供服务，其目的只是简单地将人们所需求的产品成功的交至消费者手中，整个过程完全是通过人工亲自控制的，服务标准多样化，没有明确统一化的标准，服务理念单一。而伴随着科技的迅猛发展，现代物流则是朝精益物流的方向不断发展，通过运用多样化的现代管理方法，根据广大社会群众的需求依据，高效益化地配置使用企业的有限资源，尽可能地为企业谋求高经济效益的一种新型经营管理。新型物流全面实施信息化管理，构建了广泛服务网络，实现物流整体结构的优化。传统物流的发展存在诸多问题，环境问题尤为突出，而绿色物流的产生与发展就是针对这一问题而诞生的新型化经济，绿色物流的推行发展从很大程度上降低了环境问题，这一举措符合了可持续发展理念，绿色物流服务的多元化，信息化，标准化和高度集中化，使其发展更具有前景。当然，绿色物流的发展虽然带给我们诸多的好处，但其想要顺利发展还存在许多的阻碍，如成本的提高造成了企业的困扰，绿色理念的兴起还未被广大群众接受等等问题，但发展绿色物流是个必然，相信随着科技发展，这些问题都将会被逐一解决。
