摘要:网络购物作为近几年来发展起来的购物形式，在当今的社会经济生活中占据着重要的地位，而苏宁易购是近两年来发展速度较快的购物网站，所以影响苏宁易购发展和盈利的因素也是较多的。
本文以苏宁易购为研究对象，对其赢利模式进行了深入研究。首先，在深入苏宁电器实习调查的基础上，分析了苏宁易购目前的现状；接着，从苏宁易购物流方面，系统问题，支付方式，退换货这4个方面，详细阐述了存在的问题和解决方案；最终，以增强用户黏性度实现盈利为目标，对其4个方面的问题进行逐个优化。
本文期望通过对苏宁易购现存问题而影响赢利的研究，能够对相关企业的所存在的相同问题起到一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:Online shopping as developed in recent years of shopping, plays an important role in our social economic life, and suningyi purchase is a shopping site faster development of nearly 2 years, so the impact factors of Suning Tesco development and profitability is also more.
According to SU NING as the research object, its profit pattern is studied. First of all, on the basis of Suning Appliance practice survey, analyzes the present situation of the Suningyi purchase; then, from Su Ning logistics, system, mode of payment, the return of these 4 aspects, elaborates the existing problems and solutions; finally, to enhance user stickiness of profit as the goal, one optimization on the 4 aspects of the problem.
In this paper, the existing problems of Suningyi purchase and profit of enterprises related to, can exist in the same play a certain reference role.

目前由于电子商务建立的成本较低，并且在淘宝上建立一个店铺更是易如反掌，所以现在的网上商城与网上店铺很多，如淘宝网，京东商城，腾讯拍拍等知名的网上商城。他们利用网络的便利，将商品不仅仅是放在店铺里，更是将他们陈列在网上供我们浏览和购买，但也很多网站因为竞争力弱而退出了我们的视线，电子商务网站的成本虽然低廉，网上商城过多，使得竞争十分激烈，存在着较大的风险，所以电子商务能不能盈利，怎样盈利是电商需要考虑的首要问题。而目前电子商务的问题在于物流，网销，支付，售后等等，所以怎么解决这些问题是实现电子商务网站赢利的重点。
本文以苏宁易购电子商务网站为研究对象，旨在通过对其中的物流，网销，系统售后等问题来提出解决方案，最终为公司改善现状、提高服务水平、增强行业竞争力提供有益的参考。
