摘要：当一种货币的使用扩展到该货币发行国以外时，这种货币就发展成国际货币。国际货币有不同的层次。人民币在中国与周边国家的交易中，被广泛用于边贸结算、旅游结算，其境外流通有一定的规模。目前，人民币国际化已经进入初级阶段，要想人民币国际化进入成熟阶段，还是一个漫长的过程。在这漫长的过程中，人民币国际化还有很多问题的存在。这些问题等待我们去解决。研究人民币国际化的影响因素及对策，促使人民币国际化走向成熟具有重要的作用。

Abstract: When a currency use expanded to give money outside its country, this kind of currency will develop into international currency. International monetary have different level. RMB in China and its neighboring countries of transactions, is widely used in border trade settlement, tourism and settlement, its overseas circulation has certain scale.
At present, the RMB internationalization is still at an early stage, want to RMB internationalization mature, or a slow process. During this long process, RMB internationalization and many of the existence of the problem. These problems for us to solve. Research of RMB internationalization the affecting factors and countermeasures, prompting RMB internationalization maturity has an important role.

1.随着中国经济的快速发展和对外开放程度的提高，人民币作为交易媒介、储存手段和支付手段，在中国周边和港澳地区的使用越来越广泛，国际化进程逐步加快。
2.影响人民币国际化的进程既包括促进因素也包括制约因素。稳定的政治格局、强大的经济实力、健全的金融体系、完善的金融市场、充足的国际储备为人民币走向国际化之路提供了可靠的保证。人民币国际化道路上仍然存在众多障碍。目前影响人民币国际化的主要因素包括，人民币国际流通量增长不足；国内金融市场深度、广度和国际化程度不足；国际化过程中人民币对外价值可能发生巨大的变动，妨碍经济政策自主性。
3.总的说来，人民币成为国际货币将是历史的发展趋势。面对人民国际化进程，我国应该采取一些有利的对策去消除制约因素的影响。完善金融体系提高金融监管水平、推进利率汇率形成机制的市场化进程，等等。
