摘要:在江苏省，民营企业一直是推进国民经济发展的重要力量，民营企业的发展对增强江苏省经济实力、促进经济持续快速发展具有举足轻重的作用。但是，江苏民营企业在其参与国际竞争，走外向型经济的道路上也面临着不少的问题。如何顺应全球化的潮流，积极参与到国际竞争中去，并从战略的角度前瞻性地把握国际化进程，提高国际化发展能力，以获得持续的发展，这是江苏省民营企业亟待解决的现实问题。本文以制约江苏省民营企业国际竞争力因素为研究方向，通过对企业国际竞争力的了解，结合对江苏省民营企业发展的现状和存在的不足进行分析，提出增强江苏省民营企业国际竞争力思路，分别从企业自身及政府两方面提出解决这一问题的对策，为进一步提升江苏省民营企业国际竞争力水平，加快江苏省开放经济发展速度提供决策参考。

Abstract:In Jiangsu province, private enterprise is important in national economic development. The growth of private enterprise plays significant role in strengthening the economic power and stimulating the sustained and rapid economic development in Jiangsu province. However, private enterprises are faced with problems in international competition. Furthermore, these companies are also confronted with the issues on open economy policy. Complying with the international trend, taking active part in international competition, seizing the process of internationalization, improving the capability of international development, in order to get the sustained development, are the practical and urgent problems we must resolve. The direction of this dissertation is to research the constraint of Jiangsu private enterprises’ international competitiveness according to the understanding of certain knowledge. Raise the thought of enhancing international competitiveness, combining with the analysis of the status and shortcomings during the development, in order to promote the international competitiveness as well as to offer references to accelerate the development of open economy in Jiangsu.
