摘要:在当今国际经济一体化趋势越来越明显的大背景下，国际农产品市场进一步开放，我国农产品出口贸易在很大程度上得到了发展。各国间的贸易往来愈加频繁、关系也愈加密切。与此同时，各国间的贸易竞争也达到了白热化的程度。在伴随全球贸易自由化的同时，各国的贸易保护主义思潮也在抬头，形形色色的贸易壁垒几乎无处不在，绿色贸易壁垒以其鲜明的时代特征成为国际贸易发展的主要关卡。西方发达国家借保护环境之名,筑起绿色贸易壁垒,使之成为保护该国市场的屏障，这严重阻碍了我国农产品的出口,但在带来不利影响的同时也给我国带来了一定的正面效应。综观我国农产品遭遇国外绿色壁垒的各类原因，可以从外部环境及自身原因来进行探析，但究其根本，我国农产品的质量需待提高。因此，认真审视当前国际农产品市场新变化，分析研究影响我国农产品出口的问题并积极采取相关措施，将对扩大我国农产品出口、促进我国农业发展起到强大的推动作用。

Abstract:Under the backgroung of the international economic integration trends are becoming more and more evident, international markets for agricultural products are further opening up. China’s agricultural export trade has been greatly develpoed. Trade betwween countries become more frequent, relationship are closer, too. Meanwhile, trade competition between also reached to a fevered pitch. With global trade liberalization, trade protectionism of various countries are in the popular , all kinds of trade barriers are almost everywhere, Green Trade with its distinctive features become the main barrier of development international trade. Western countries protect their own markets by the name of enviromental protection, build Green Trade barrier, which seriously impediment to China’s agricultural exports, but also bring a positive effect. Throughout various reasons of our agricultural product experienced Green Trade abroad, it can be analysed from the external environment and own reasons, but study its root, the quality of our agricultural product need to be improved. Therefore, we should carefully examine the new changes in the international agricultural markets, analysis of issues affecting on China’s agricultural exports and positively take relevant measures, which will expand export and promote the development of China’s agriculture.
