摘要:现代物流发展离不开金融服务的支持，将物流服务和金融服务相结合进行业务模式的创新，是当前物流企业金融机构和相关企业在激烈市场竞争中脱颖而出的重要途径。
中远物流是国有大型物流企业发展起来的中国最大的中外合资第三方物流企业，研究其物流金融新形式的发展将会对中国物流行业的推进把握具有重要的意义，也是中远物流有限公司极具有价值的发展之一。
本文通过对物流行业，金融行业的数据、资料分析，从各种途径了解中远物流公司的具体运营情况，根据实际条件为中远物流公司设计了一套可行性较强，并具有企业特色的物流金融拓展方案，该方案主要分为设计要求，客户分析、模式分析与盈利分析三方面，以及实施措施中部门管理的要点等。
