摘要:20世纪70年代以来，新贸易保护主义对正常国际经济秩序的建立产生了不利的影响。中国加入WTO之后，国内市场进一步开放，对外贸易取得较大幅度的增长。但与此同时，我国与美、欧、澳等主要贸易国家和地区的贸易摩擦频频发生，对我国经济和对外贸易产生了相当大的负面影响。
国际金融危机给现今中国制造业的发展带来了严重的冲击和破坏，“中国制造”出口遭遇的贸易摩擦在不断的增多并呈现出新的特点。本文主要通过对国际贸易摩擦理论及其经济效应等方面进行阐述，对“中国制造”遭遇的贸易摩擦现状和原因进行分析，对国际金融危机给中国制造业的发展带来的影响和机遇进行探讨，并提出了中国制造业在国际金融危机下的应对对策，以帮助国内企业尽可能的规避金融危机所带来的风险甚至利用金融危机所带来的机遇，帮助实现中国制造业等产业进一步升级。

Abstract:Since the 1970 s, new trade protectionism have adverse effects on the establishment of normal international economic order. After China's accession to the WTO, the more opening domestic market have achieved the large scale growth on the foreign trade . our country and the United States, Europe, Australia and other major trading countries and regions of the trade friction occurred frequently,it has a big negative effect on our economic and foreign trade.
The international financial crisis has brought serious impact and damage to the development of the manufacturing industry in China now."MAKE IN CHINA" in export has the unceasing increase trade friction and show new characteristics.Here is mainly expounded through international trade friction theory and its economic effect. To analyzed the situation and reason on "MAKE IN CHINA" suffer trade friction. To dicuss how international financial crisis bring effect and opportunity to Chinese manufacturing industry. And put forward some countermeasures to Chinese manufacturing industry on international financial crisis, so as to help the enterprise try to avoid the financial crisis bring the opportunity. To help realize Chinese manufacturing industries make a good promotion.
