摘要:在国际服务贸易快速发展的同时，中国的服务贸易也得到了蓬勃的发展。国家无论是在经济政策上还是政治政策上均对服务贸易有所着重，在世界经济更加多元化的今天，如何更有效率的发展服务贸易已经成为我国迫切需要解决的问题之一。本文着重探讨我国服务贸易的现状及存在的一系列问题，并且基于实际发展情况，提出适合我国国情的解决方案与建议。

Abstract:The rapid development of international trade in services, China’s trade in services has also been rapid development .China has been focused on trade in services both in economic policy or political policy. Nowadays, because of diversification of the economy in the world ,how to more efficient to development of trade in services has become one of China’s urgent need to address the problem. 现今国际贸易中，各国为保障自身的各种利益，纷纷设定各种不合理的服务贸易壁垒，各种壁垒的阻碍作用日益明显。我国应该采取积极的应对措施，充分利用WTO争端解决机制解决因服务贸易壁垒产生的争端，充分利用国际上相关条约的灵活性，从而避免避免争端的升级，加强遭受服务贸易壁垒相关救济的立法，与早日完善相关的法律法规，为国内企业提供一个强大的后盾。因为我国起步慢，底子难免比其他国家要弱，故我们同时应多借鉴各国以往解决争端的手法及技巧，从而避免摩擦的升级与外国的贸易关系造成不利影响。
