摘要:近年来,随着我国国民经济的不断发展,中小企业也在以强劲的势头不断壮大,随着而来的中小企业文化建设逐渐被提上日程,许多中小企业开始重视这一文化建设为企业带来的利益,从而集中精力经营其文化建设,提高企业竞争力。但是,由于企业、政府等各方面的原因,中小企业文化建设依然存在着很多问题:小企业不同于大企业,没有一套系统的企业文化准则;有的小企业虽有其企业精神,但还不够健全尚待进一步完善;还有的小企业急功近利,没有循序渐进的建立自己的企业文化,往往事倍功半。因此,企业以及政府都必须采取有效的措施来促进中小企业文化的健康发展。本文通过对中小企业文化的发展现状及存在的诸多问题进行了一定的分析,并提出了相应的对策。

企业文化是一种强大的精神力量,在中小企业现代化建设过程中不可或缺。一个真正企业文化的建立是一件不容易的事情。物质资源会枯竭消失,但惟有文化会生生不息,并永久流传。企业文化是一种无形资产,更是一种潜在的生产力,企业文化建设的成功与否,直接影响着企业的健康发展。在法律法规逐步健全,市场经济逐渐成熟的今天,中小企业建设必须做到物质和文化的紧密结合,只有两者的互相协调,互相补充、互相配合,才能使企业步入健康良好的运行轨道。所以,建设一个优秀的企业文化氛围,会对企业的长远发展起到积极的、不可估量的作用。
在经济全球化的时代,中小企业要想持续健康发展,必须高度重视企业文化建设,结合自身实际,构建以人为本的新型企业文化,增强内部凝聚力和外部竞争力,充分发挥企业文化的能动作用,推动中小企业在激烈的市场竞争中实现可持续发展,成为长寿企业。在企业的实践活动中,中小企业要跟上时代潮流,应逐步落实、发展和完善自身的企业文化,使之不断地适应发展需要, 充分发挥企业文化的作用,在竞争中取胜,有效地提升企业竞争力,进而实现企业的良性发展。
