摘要：随着经济全球化的不断扩大，特别是中国加入世贸组织以来经济得到了飞速的发展。长三角地区凭借着良好的区位优势和政策优势在中国的发展中占有举足轻重的作用，也为中国其他地区的外贸发展提供借鉴作用。但是一个地区的发展也有其不足的地方，长三角地区经过金融危机的冲击、人力资源成本上升和环境破坏的原因，外贸发展的结构性矛盾突出。为了使其经济继续得到良性的发展，需要对长三角地区外贸发展的历史和现状进行研究，得出发展的成果和面临的问题，并结合参考文献和所学知识提出可行性方法。针对金融危机后期长三角地区的外贸转型升级以及经济发展模式的转变，长三角地区外商直接投资与产业结构的发展变迁，对外贸易结构与产业结构互动升级，对外贸易增长的能源环境代价，利用外资存在的普遍问题研究。分析在对外贸易发展过程中的成就与曲折，从各国在经济全球化的大背景下对外贸易发展的经验、优势与不足，吸取经验教训来发展本国对外贸易。

ABSTRACT：With the expansion of the economic globalization, especially since China's accession to the WTO economy got a rapid development. Yangtze river delta region with a good location advantage and policy advantage plays a pivotal role in China's development, and also provide reference for China's foreign trade development in other areas. But the development of a region also has its disadvantages, Yangtze river delta region after the impact of the financial crisis, the cause of the rising cost of human resources and environmental damage, the structural contradiction of foreign trade development. Get benign development, to make its economy continues to require the foreign trade development in Yangtze river delta of the history and status quo of the study, concludes that the development of the achievements and problems, and proposes the feasibility of the combination of reference and knowledge in method. In view of the financial crisis in the late in Yangtze river delta's foreign trade transformation and upgrading and the transformation of the economic development model, the Yangtze river delta region the development of foreign direct investment and industrial structure change, the structure of foreign trade and interaction with the upgrade of industrial structure, energy environmental costs to the growth of foreign trade, utilization of foreign capital general problems existing in the research.
