摘要：科技创新是加快转变经济发展方式的关键，对转变经济发展方式具有重要的支撑作用，科技创新推进需求结构、要素结构和产业结构的优化升级，从而推进经济发展方式的转变。但目前企业创新能力不强、关键技术势力薄弱、环境污染严重等方面都体现了我国科技创新能力不足。因此，要以科技创新支撑经济发展方式的转变，就必须掌握核心关键技术，打破科技创新的瓶颈制约，提高自主创新能力，促进企业技术改造，深化科技体制改革，降低生产成本，节约能源，发展低碳经济，减少对环境的破坏，提高经济效率。

ABSTRACT：Science and Technological innovation is the key to accelerate transformation of the mode of economic development, and has an important supporting role on it. Science and technology innovation promote the demand structure, element structure and industrial structure optimization and upgrading, so as to promote the economic development mode shift. But now the enterprise innovation ability is not strong, the key technical forces is weak, serious environmental pollution reflects the lack of innovation of science and technology in our country. So, with scientific and technological innovation supporting economic development patterns, we must grasp the core key technology, breaking the bottleneck of innovation of science and technology constraints, improve the ability of independent innovation, promote enterprise technical transformation, deepen the system reform of science and technology, reduce production cost, energy saving, low carbon economy development, reduce the damage to the environment, improve the economic efficiency.

本课题主要研究科技创新支撑经济发展方式转变的路径。改革开放以来，我国经济发展的增长速度令人瞩目。但仍存在着许多问题，例如能源资源储备减少、环境承载能力下降等，这些都制约着经济的持续健康发展，因此我国必须转变经济发展方式。该课题主要从以下方面进行研究。第一，从由传统生产要素促进经济增长的方式变为由科技创新促进经济增长，科技创新是促进经济发展的关键环节。第二，掌握重要先进技术，扫除转变经济发展方式的科技障碍。第三，选择性布局基础研究，为掌握先进技术奠定科学基础。第四，加快企业的技术升级。实际运用先进技术改造传统产业，不仅可以减少投资，缩短建设周期，也有利于优化产业结构，转变经济发展方式，提高企业的竞争力，实现科学的发展。第五，由科技创新支撑三大要素结构优化升级从而加快转变经济发展方式。要素结构、产业结构和需求结构的优化升级是转变经济发展方式的重要任务。
