摘要：随着科技革命的发展和生产的社会化，世界经济全球化的进程得到大大的推进，特别是在20世纪八九十年代。经济的全球化使得资源和生产要素在全球范围内能够实现合理配置，资本和产品在全球范围内自由流通，国际贸易和国际金融得到迅速的发展。然而，伴随着世界经济的快速发展，金融危机也是如影随形。由金融危机引起的经济危机蔓延到世界各国，以致带来极其严重的危害：银行倒闭，企业破产，世界贸易急剧萎缩，投资与消费锐减，生产过剩造成产品积压，工人失业等等。
突如其来的国际金融危机使得人们措手不及，为了保护本国的经济利益，尽可能降低损失，各国不约而同地采取贸易保护措施，各国为维护本国利益所制定的与贸易保护相关的政策、法令条例等层出不穷。在此背景下，中国有必要研究金融危机和贸易保护主义的各类特点、发展趋势及对我国造成的影响，以便维护本国的经济利益，制定有效的反保护措施。对中国而言，金融危机带来了巨大挑战的同时也为我们带来的发展机遇。
本文主要从以下几方面入手：首先，对金融危机与贸易保护主义做了简要的阐述，包括金融危机的界定以及贸易保护主义的基本形式和特征；其次，论述在金融危机背景下贸易保护主义的演变及其新的发展趋势；最后，在以上的基础上讨论贸易保护主义对我国所造成的影响，针对此而提出应对的对策与建议。

ABSTRACT：With the development of scientific and technological revolution and the socialization of production, the process of globalization, the world economy was greatly advance, especially in the 1980s and 1990s. Economic globalization makes the resources and factors of production on a global scale to achieve the rational allocation of capital, and the range of products in the global free flow of international trade and international finance to get rapid development. However, with the rapid development of the world economy, the financial crisis is as the shadow follows the form. The economic crisis Caused by the financial crisis spread to the world economic crisis that has brought the most serious hazards: bank failures, bankruptcies, sharp contraction in world trade, investment and consumption plummeted, resulting in overproduction product backlog, unemployment and so on.
Come unexpectedly international financial crisis makes people be taken by surprise, in order to protect their own economic interests, as far as possible to reduce the loss, all at the same time to take trade protection measures, countries made for safeguarding national interests related to trade protection policy, statute, emerge in an endless stream. Under this background, China has all kinds of features, development trend of financial crisis and trade protectionism and the impact on our country, in order to maintain its own economic interests, to develop effective reverse protection measures. For China, the financial crisis has brought enormous challenge, opportunity of development but also for us.
This paper mainly from the following aspects: Firstly, a brief description of the financial crisis and trade protectionism, the basis form and characteristics of the financial crisis and the definition of trade protectionism; Secondly, discussed in the context of the financial crisis protectionism evolution and its new development trend; Finally, the influence of trade protectionism due to our discussion on the basis of the above, the proposed countermeasures and suggestions.
