摘要:近年来,国际服务贸易额的增长率连续高于世界的商品贸易额,已经成为国际贸易中继商品贸易和资本流动之后助推世界经济发展的又一支主力军。2012年,我国服务进出口总额继续保持高速增长态势,跃居世界第三。
本文首先简单介绍了文章的选题背景,其次从服务贸易的概念、范围、特征,国际服务贸易的发展趋势,以及目前国际服务贸易结构呈现出的显著特征三个方面简单阐述了服务贸易。紧接着借助服务贸易对称性水平指数对我国、美国、新加坡三个国家的通讯、交通运输、建筑、旅游、计算机及信息以及金融六个服务贸易部门的水平进行比较分析,有利于掌握我国各个服务贸易部门的发展水平现状及趋势。然后文章从技术因素和资源要素禀赋两个方面阐述了影响我国服务贸易水平的主要因素,并且指出当前我国服务贸易存在的主要问题。最后在前面各项分析和研究的基础上,给出提升我国服务贸易水平的对策。

ABSTRACT: In recent years, the growth rate of international trade in services is continuously higher than world merchandise trade, international trade has become a relay merchandise trade and capital flows boost the development of the world economy and a major force. In 2012, China's total imports and exports continued to maintain rapid growth, ranking third in the world.
This article first briefly describes the background of the topic of the article, followed by showing the salient features of the concept of trade in services, scope, characteristics, the development trend of the international trade in services, as well as the international trade in services structure briefly discusses three aspects of trade in services. Followed by the help of the symmetry of the trade in services level index on China, Hong Kong, Singapore, three national communications, transportation, construction, tourism, computer and information as well as financial level of the six trade in services sector comparative analysis, is conducive to grasp our services Status and Trends of the level of development of the trade sector. And articles from technical factors and resource elements endowment two aspects described the main factors affecting the level of China's service trade, and pointed out that the main problems of China's service trade. Finally, on the basis of the preceding analysis and research, given the countermeasures to enhance the level of China's service trade.
