摘要:天津的滨海新区是天津经济发展的龙头地区，其中经济发展的主要力量来源于中小企业的发展，与此同时，中小企业融资难的问题也日趋严重。本文以研究滨海新区中小企业的融资为主线内容，贯穿整篇论文，通过对比研究法和历史数据研究法比较国内外各经济发展区中小企业融资问题，根据往年中小企业融资的数目进行对比，发现中小企业发展趋势，根据滨海新区中小企业融资问题的现状，分析问题的成因，概括问题的特点，找出中小企业融资存在的问题，并得出解决的新模式和建议，最后通过整篇论文的研究，使中小企业融资有一定的方向。
