摘要:湛江市“炼化一体化”项目正进行得如火如荼，国家、政府和各机关部门都在积极加紧建设，还吸引和带动了许多配套产业项目的筹划和建设。在这些项目快节奏地建设和投入生产后，湛江地区不仅会面临经济的快速发展，还会面临环境污染和进出口贸易的改革问题。所以，本文通过阐述其选址原因、建设现状及对经济和环境的利弊问题，运用资料调查、实证举例、探索描述等分析方法，分析项目对湛江市经济、社会发展及环境的影响，同时提出减少污染提高效率的建议，以便论证“炼化一体化”项目的可持续发展，也为湛江“炼化一体化”项目的顺利实施提出对策及建议。

Abstract:At present, zhanjiang "Refining Integration" project is in full swing, the country, the government and the agency was actively to construction, but when they attract and drive a lot of form a complete set of planning and construction industry project,construction and fast pace in the project to put into production, zhanjiang area not only will faced with the rapid development of economy, will face a environment pollution and import & export trade reform. So, this paper explains the reason, the present condition of construction and the location of the pros and cons of economy and environment, using data research, for example, to explore the description method of analysis, this paper analyzes the economic effects of the project on zhanjiang city, and puts forward some problems that should be paid attention to so that argument "Refining Integration" the sustainable development of the project, and also for zhanjiang "Refining Integration".
