摘要： 随着公务员制度的深入发展与不断完善，大学生村官这一群体逐步登上了农村基层治理的舞台上进入公众视线之中，尤其是女性大学生村官成为乡村治理中一道亮丽的风景线。然而，在女大学生村官的作用越来越得到彰显的同时，他们是如何思考其自身的职业发展前景的呢？基于这一问题，本研究以常州市女大学生村官为研究对象，运用问卷调查法对其职业发展满意度现状进行调研。本研究将对调研现状进行描述，对其成因展开分析，并试图提出一系列对策与建议，以期提升女大学生村官的职业发展满意度。

Abstract: With the further development of the civil service system with perfect, college students village heads the group gradually on the rural grassroots management stage into public view in, especially female college students in rural governance would become a beautiful scenery line. However, in the role of female college students would get reveal more and more at the same time, how they think about their own career development prospects? Based on this problem, the study of female college students in chang village heads as the research object, and a questionnaire survey about their career development present situation satisfaction survey. This study describes the present situation of research, the paper analyses the causes, and tries to put forward a series of countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the professional development of female college students village officials satisfaction.

大学生村官问题是近几年来党和政府、社会及学术界非常关心的问题，学术界已经开始了探索和研究，并有了初步的成果。在知网的人文与社科学术文献网络出版总库上，以“大学生村官”为主题进行论文搜索，得到相关文献2284篇，其中有7篇选自中国优秀硕士学位论文全文数据库，而1373篇文章来自中国重要报纸全文数据库。由此可见，大学生村官问题已受到广泛关注，但系统运用理论进行深入分析的文章还不多。通过对前人研究的阅读，本文将研究内容具体可以分为以下几种类型：
