摘要
大学生是一个高素质的社会团体，它作为我国人力资源的一个高层次部分，对于我国的社会主义现代化建设事业具有极其重要的作用。改革开放以来，各高校加大了扩招力度，使得大学生人数不断增加，团体不断扩大。大学生人数的增多在一定程度上体现了我国人口素质在不断提高，然而却因此产生了一系列问题，如就业形势严峻。在当下，大学生的就业现状是极其不理想的，这是因为很多大学生仍未顺利就业。究其原因，主要是因大学生自身的就业观存在问题。针对当前大学生的就业状况，本文将结合我国的实际国情，探讨大学生就业中存在的问题，并分析影响大学生就业观形成的因素。此外，笔者将引入马斯洛需要层次理论及其对人生具有指导意义的知识，以期对大学生树立正确的就业观有借鉴意义。

Abstract
College students are a community with high quality, as a high-level part of our national human resource, they have vital function to socialist modernization construction . Since the reform and opening policy was carried out, the population of college students are constantly increasing. The increase in population of college students shows that our national population quality is always improving. However, many problems are turning up, such as the grim employment situation. Nowadays, the employment situation of college students is extremely bad, which is mainly because many of them can not get a job successfully. And it may influence the stabilization and improvement of our society. Because of their opinion about employment. The thesis will combine the situation with the actual conditions of our country to find the problems in employment and analyse the factors which influence the opinion about employment. Furthermore, the author will use the Theory Of Requirment Level from Maslow and its guidance significance to help college students set up a right opinion about the employment. The author hopes that his has a salutary lesson for them.
