摘要：浙江省温州地区是经济较为发达的地区，随着外来务工者“家庭化”趋势的发展，外来务工人员子女的数量不断增加。外来务工人员对子女的教育问题越来越关注的同时，却忽视了其中最为重要的品德教育。通过分析仙降中学外来务工人员子女品德教育的现状，提出家庭、学校以及社会等需重视对外来务工人员子女的品德教育，并通过合理、正确的途径推行品德教育。重视并推行对外来务工人员子女的品德教育不仅有助于促进青少年人格的健康发展，也有助于减少家庭负担以及维护社会的稳定。

Abstract:Wenzhou is a relatively highly developed region in Zhejiang province. With the development of “familial” tendency, the number of migrant children has increased. Migrant workers are paying more attention to their children’s education while ignoring the most important part--moral education. The author put forward that all the families, schools and society should attach importance to moral education of migrant children and implement moral teaching with reasonable and correct way by analyzing the moral teaching of migrant children in Xianjiang middle school. Great importance and implementation to migrant children’s moral education will not only promote the healthy development of the personality of the young people, but also help to reduce the burden of the family and strengthen the stability of the society.

品德教育即是将社会要求的良好道德范畴内化为学生自己的思想意识和信念，并转化为自身的行为实践，帮助学生形成良好的品德行为习惯的教育。学生品德的形成是一个系统工程，它受到家庭、学校、社会环境、班集体与同辈团体以及自身智力水平的影响，对学生进行品德教育必须是各方互相协作，从而形成教育合力。同时，良好品德的形成不是一蹴而就的，应遵循其发展规律。温州地区的外来务工人员子女的品德形成与发展同样遵循以上规律，受到多方面因素的影响，但在教育实践中存在特殊的情况。本文接下来，将根据温州仙降中学的外来务工人员子女的问卷调查结果，浅谈本地区针对于外来子女品德教育的特殊性以及存在的问题，并根据存在的问题提出合理的建议。
