摘要：师德建设是教师队伍建设的核心内容。在市场经济浪潮的冲击下，个别教师身上的师德滑坡状况引人深思。以社会发展为背景，以现代教育理论为指导，分析师德建设中出现的问题及原因，探讨加强师德建设的途径，已成为我们必须面对的重要课题。

Abstract: Ethics construction is the core content of the construction of teachers team.
