摘 要:本文以国家公租房政策为背景，从公租房居民构成及生活状况等特点出发及对国内外社工机构融入公租房现状与成效的分析借鉴，对重庆市康居西城公租房进行实地考察，进而对公租房居民的结构分层特点及生活，心理层面的特点进行分析。抗拒西城居民结构分层特点：入住公租房的居民偏年轻化，而其职业大多是大学城周边公司及单位的中低层员工及个体经营户。居民心理特点：生活的压力造成心理压力，多数人独自在重庆市区，缺少安全感和归属感。
通过分析康居西城公租房社区及居民的特点和社工机构的活动项目，进一步了解社工机构服务于公租房的具体情况及成效。通过对公租房社区服务机构的服务项目和内容与公租房居民面临的主要问题相结合，研究社区机构在服务于公租房社区和居民的优缺点，优点在于：工作人员专业性及配套设施不断完善，国家政策及相关机构的支持。不足之处在于：资源缺乏合理利用，项目较少。对公租房社区机构服务提出建议，以顺应时代的发展，促进和谐社会的建设。
