摘要:随着经济政治体制改革的深化,公务员作为政府人力资源的核心组成部分,其有效科学管理对于社会发展和政府管理的作用越来越突出。目前,虽然我国各地政府在公务员管理方面已经进行了相应的改革,但总体上仍旧存在着服务意识不强、贪污腐败现象较突出、选拔、考核、培训开发机制不完善等问题。为此,政府必须加大人力资源管理的力度,加强公务员的作风建设,强化监督力度,进一步完善公务员的选拔、考核、培训开发等机制。

Abstract:With the deepening of economic and political system reform, civil servants as the core component of human resources, the scientific and effective management for social development and government management is more and more outstanding. Although the government has made some reforms in the civil service, on the whole still exist some problems. For example, service consciousness is not strong, corruption phenomenon is relatively outstanding, selection, assessment, training and development mechanism is not perfect etc. Therefore, the government must strengthen the management, strengthen the style construction, strengthen the supervision, to further improve the selection, assessment, training and development mechanism of civil servants.
