摘 要：在我国当前的教育实践中，高校思想政治理论教育吸引力弱化已成不争事实。造成这一状况的原因是多方面的，其中一个重要原因是在课堂教学中缺乏问题意识。本文从教师和学生两个角度探讨了教学过程中问题意识缺失的原因，并提出相应的对策，以便为改善目前高校思想政治理论教育吸引力弱化状况提供参考。

Abstract:In China's present education practice, weaken the attraction of University Ideological and political education has become an indisputable fact. The reasons for this situation are many, one of the important reasons is the lack of awareness of problems in classroom teaching. This paper discusses the reasons for the lack of awareness of the problem in the process of teaching from two aspects of teachers and students, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, so as to improve the attractiveness of Ideological and political theory education the weakening status to provide reference.

大学生是我国社会主义现代化建设的后备军。在他们走上工作岗位后，将承担国家的各个方面的建设任务。大学生素质高低将极大影响着我国社会主义现代化建设的历史进程。站在国家和民族的高度，加强和改进高校思想政治理论教育，帮助学生确立起正确的世界观、人生观、价值观，坚定起中国特色社会主义理想信念，掌握一定的观察和分析问题的科学方法，这是高校思想政治理论教育义不容辞的使命。
