摘要：本文主要对当前学术界关于农民工市民化的一般概念进行了论述，分析并认为当前农民工市民化水平很低，其困境主要集中在农民工进城的住房问题和在农村的宅基地、承包地的处理两个方面，针对这两个主要方面提出了相应的对策。

Abstract:This paper mainly on the current academic circles about the general concept of migrant workers and members of the public are discussed in this paper, analyses and concludes that the current level of urbanization of migrant workers is very low, the plight of mainly concentrated in the housing problems of migrant workers in cities and in the rural homestead, contracted to deal with two aspects, put forward the corresponding countermeasure to these two main aspects.
