摘要:通过调查和收集资料了解苏北新农村建设的文化现状，对当下苏北新农村建设中精神文明建设的不足，音乐类毕业生就业难和转变就业思路避开城市就业压力深入农村开展文化建设的可行性进行分析，并对新农村建设起到的作用进行探讨。

随着农民生活的宽裕精神生活却不能得到满足。一方面，农村的文化娱乐活动陈旧单一除了“红白”事之外很少有娱乐活动。在我对曲阳乡各村的调查中发现除了偶尔的乡镇政府组织的一两个娱乐活动和演出外就是村里的“红白”事会带一些节目的演出，其他基本上没有娱乐活动。另一方面，农村的音乐人才太少，缺乏专业的演出团体。农村的音乐人才的培养现在还处于代代相传的形式，缺乏专业的培训中心和教师，培养出的音乐人才有很多又不愿意在农村发展，导致农村的音乐人才一直匮乏，这也直接导致了演出团体的难以出现，形成了恶性循环。
