摘要:中国古典舞是几千年来的中国传统流行舞蹈继承与发展的结果，是建立在深厚传统的舞蹈美学基础之上的。古典舞蹈有它自己的系统的培训体系，其核心内容也与来自其他地方的舞蹈训练方法截然不同，也不同于我国传统舞蹈的训练方法。中国古典舞与其他舞蹈相比更为精致，它是将中国戏曲和一些武术的元素，利用西方芭蕾舞蹈训练中独特的方法进行的艺术培训。本文主要结合中国古典舞旋转技巧的种类及特点，探索出中国古典舞最佳的训练方式，并对古典舞技巧进行审美分析。

ABSTRACT:Chinese classical dance is popular for thousands of years of traditional Chinese dance continuation and development, is built on a strong tradition of dance aesthetics, based on new habits to adapt to the modern appreciation of classical dance. Classical dance has its own systematic training system, its core content distinct from Western ballet training methods, but also different from China, "Ancient Dance" and other traditional dance training methods, but more refined Chinese opera and some of the elements and methods of martial arts training, while in basic training content, but also draws on some of the scientific method of ballet training. This paper combines Chinese classical dance techniques rotation types and characteristics, to explore the best of Chinese classical dance training methods, techniques and classical dance aesthetic analysis.
