摘要:自动售货机是一种可完成无人自动售货，集光、机电一体化的商业自动化设备。自动售货机是时代发展的产物，它为人们的生活带来了高效便捷的服务。24小时无人售货的系统使得人们在购物时更省力更经济，运营时需要的资本少、面积小，是解决人工费用上升问题、提高职工工作效率最有效的手段。从1999年我国自动售货机开始规模使用，由开始的好奇陌生，到现在的习以为常，并成为了生活中不可缺少的一部分。
本文介绍的综合自动售货机，它可以对一切适合大小的罐装、袋装、盒装等商品进行24小时的无人自动售货。该自动售货机主要由纸币识别系统、商品驱动结构、退币机构、可编程控制器等组成，其中可编程控制器即PLC是各硬件模块的控制核心，也是自动售货机的控制板。利用三菱公司FX-2N系列PLC控制有利于提高自动售货机的稳定性，可靠性也便于管理维护。设计将以一次交易过程为例，分块进行编程并详细说明每个板块的工作任务。其中用到了到绝大部分的程序指令。程序涉及到了自动售货机工作的绝大部分功能。
