摘要:集成电路是采用半导体制作工艺,在一块较小的单晶硅片上制作许多晶体管及电阻器、电容器等元器件,并按照多层布线或隧道布线的方法将元器件组合而成的完整的电子电路。集成电路按其功能、结构的不同,可以分为模拟集成电路和数字集成电路俩大类。19世纪兴起的数字电路以其便捷性、稳定性等的优点在现代电子技术电路中占据越来越重要的地位。近年来,由于集成电路的迅速发展,使得数字逻辑电路的设计发生了根本性的变化。在设计中更多的使用中规模集成电路,不仅可以减少电器组建的数目,使电路简捷,而且能提高电路的可靠性,降低设计成本。因此用集成电路来实现更多更复杂的器件功能则成为必然。随着人们生活环境的不断改善和美化,在许多场合可以看到彩色流水灯。LED彩灯由于其丰富的灯光色彩,低廉的造价以及控制简单等特点而得到广泛的应用,用彩灯来装饰街道和城市建筑物已经成为一种时尚。但目前市场上各式样的LED彩灯控制器大多数用全硬件电路实现,电路结构复杂、功能单一,这样一旦制作成品只能按照固定的模式闪亮,而不能根据不同场合、不同时间段的需要来调节彩灯。本实验设计中,彩灯控制器由寄存器CD4076,两块双D触发器CD4013和振荡器NE555组成,其中以CD4067为核心元件,根据控制要求将彩灯接成顺序的点亮与熄灭,当调整RP的阻值改变脉冲周期时可形成流水灯效果。如果改变0~15彩灯通道的接法,可以接成追逐和放射两种形式的彩灯控制电路。

Abstract:Integrated circuit is the use of semiconductor manufacturing process, in a smaller silicon substrate produced many transistors and resistors, capacitors and other components, and in accordance with the multilayer wiring or tunnel method of wiring components will be combined into a complete electronic circuit. The difference of its function and structure of integrated circuit, which can be divided into two categories of analog and digital integrated circuits. In the 19th century by the rise of digital circuit, stability of congenital advantage in the modern electronic technology plays more and more important in the circuit. In recent years, due to the development of integrated circuits, make digital logic circuit design undergone a fundamental change. In the design use more scale integrated circuit, not only can reduce the circuit components in the circuit, but also can improve the simplicity of the circuit reliability and reduce the cost. So use integrated circuit to achieve more complex device function is inevitable. With people’s living environment and landscaping changing, LED lights because of its rich light color, low cost and simple control characteristics with a wide range of applications, use lights decorating streets and city building has become a kind of fashion. But on the market at present each style LED lights controller hardware circuit realized with the most complex structure, function, circuit .So it’s difficult to make a product with only fixed pattern according to the change of different situations and shiny. The design of experiments, lantern controller by CD4076 register, two double D trigger CD4013 and oscillator NE555, with CD4067 as the core component, according to the control requirements are connected into a sequence of light and quenching, when adjusting the RP value change the pulse cycle so as to form a water lamp effect. If change the method of 0 ~15 lantern channel, which can be connected into a chase and radiation lights control circuit.
