摘要:随着人们生活水平的稳步提高,轿车已逐渐走进家庭。汽车数量的增加也导致洗车耗水量亦大幅攀升。然而如今单纯的清洗汽车是不够的,更应注意对汽车的美容。汽车的打蜡就是一项很重要的汽车保养的过程,绝大多数汽车用户在清洗汽车的清洁和表面光洁度上,有三种不同的清洗要求,这三个方面的要求是:清洗剂清洗,普通的水洗和打蜡清洗。为了满足这些要求,在设计的过程中要体现出这些用户的功能。自动洗车机一般的有龙门往复式和隧道式两种机型,通过对毛刷、水泵和风机等部件相互配合与控制,来完成对车辆的清洗、风干等过程。洗车机可以很大程度上的节约用水,是一个很有发展前景的、方便高效的产品。而PLC的可靠性高,编程简单还容易维护,用它来作为自动洗车机的控制系统的主要元件,更能体现它的优秀品质。
本次设计主要通过对汽车清洗机的相关功能要求和运行的过程的研究与分析,明确了汽车清洗机的总体设计方案。本汽车清洗机共有三种洗车程序可供选择:程序一为标准清洗,程序二为打蜡清洗,程序三为打蜡水洗。利用可编程序控制器技术,对汽车清洗机的PLC控制系统进行了硬件选型和控制软件编程。实现了汽车清洗机的控制要求,并且还满足了环保、可靠和低成本的现实要求。

Abstract:With the steady improvement of people's living standard, the car has gradually moved into the family.
