摘要:目前我国经济正在进行消费结构升级和产业结构调整,城市化步伐加快,对电力基础产业服务的需求不断增长;而我国电力供应长期处于供不应求状态,说明加快发电站的建设是十分必要的。水电站运行趋向于手动、半自动过渡到全自动,即有人值守过渡到无人值守运行。

   现在工业生产技术的发展以及自动化技术的进步,人们对自动化监控系统的要求越来越高。界面要求简单明了、宜于操作、数据采集实时性好,以及提高可靠监控性;同时还要求开发周期短,系统便于更改、扩充、升级。组态软件符合这些要求因此在工业领域得到广泛应用。这里选用北京亚控发展有限公司生产的组态软件“组态王”,应用在水利发电站的机组监控中,实现实时检测与控制各项数据,定时打印数据报表,查询历史数据、报警信息、显示温度曲线。

   运用北京亚控发展有限公司生产的组态软件“组态王”,对水电站进行监控。从而在机组运行上做到减少一线的人力投入、增加机组高效运行率、维修机组时方便寻找故障源。

Abstract:At present, economy in our country is carrying on the upgrading of consumption structure and industrial structure adjustment, the city changes pace to accelerate, based on electric power industry service demand growth; and the power supply in the long-term supply state, instructions to speed up the construction of power stations is very necessary. Operation of hydropower station tends to manual, semi automatic transition to full automatic, i.e. attended the transition to unattended operation.

   Now the industrial production the development of technology and automation technology, the automation monitoring and control systems are required more and higher. Interface simple, convenient operation, data acquisition and real-time, and improve the reliability of monitoring; at the same time also requires the development cycle short, easy to change, expand, upgrade system. Configuration software which meets these requirements in industrial fields are widely used. The selection of Beijing Asia development limited company produces" King view configuration software", used in water power station unit monitoring, real-time detection and control of the timing data, print data statements, query historical data, alarm information, showing the temperature curve. The use of Beijing Asia development limited company produces" King view configuration software", in the hydropower station monitoring.
