摘要:在工业化高度发展的今天,电镀行车控制系统生产线发展迅速,然而,受着众多制约因素,例如人工操作电镀行车,那么将会对现场工人的身体健康十分不利,并使工人长期处于精神高度紧张的状态。为了提高工作效率,促进生产自动化和减轻劳动强度以及保障工人的身体健康,就很有必要设计出一种自动控制系统来替代人工操作,从而帮助企业解决许多人力不能为的事情,结束工人在恶劣环境下直接参与控制生产的局面,保证了人身安全,本文采用PLC控制系统控制该电镀行车。

   本设计利用西门子PLC S7-200进行自动化电镀生产线控制,其突出特点表现在:电镀行车控制系统抗干扰能力大为提高。分层次系统讲述了自动输煤系统的目标和功能,这样以便使较高程度的自动化系统的的结构明显得到增强与改善,层次更加和稳定,可操作性大大提高。同时可以根据工艺要求迅速灵活的改变生产流程,以便对系统进行扩充。而且系统维护简单,使用方便,提高了生产效率、降低了工人的劳动强度。对于日益发展的现代化工业控制系统,此次毕业设计运用上位机形成基于组态王软件的系统,采用可编程控制器PLC则会大大加进生产线运作进度,明显提高生产效率,迎合绝大多数企业的生产要求,进一步加快我国的自动化控制实现进程。

Abstract:In the electroplating of modern industrialization, automatic electroplating production line has a complex production. At the same time, in the plating, oxidation, pickling, alkali washing, electroplating and other many process, it has a serious chemical pollution and erosion. If people do an artificial operation, it will be very harmful on the scene of the health of the human body, and make workers in the spirit of high tension state for a long time. In order to improve the work efficiency, the society should promote the production automation and reduce the labor intensity ,but also the protection of workers' health, it is necessary to design a kind of automatic control system to replace the manual operation, to help enterprises solve many human not for things. Workers are involved in the control of the production situation in the harsh environment. In this paper, it adopted PLC control system to control the plating operation.

   This paper used PLC S7-200 control to control automatic electroplating production line, its prominent characteristic lies are greatly improved in the anti-interference ability of electroplating driving control system. This paper does a description in detail the highly automated conveying system of objectives and functions, so that, the highly automated conveying system structure more clear, and can greatly improve the stability of more. At the same time, according to the process requirements of production process and flexible change with the system of extension. And the system maintenance is simple and easy to use. This paper also adopted the system software based on Kingview as the host machine. With the lower machine PLC to complete the function of real-time monitoring system of the system, the better automatic production system will be used into the modern industrial controling field.
