摘要:随着抗生素越来越广泛的使用,各类抗生素通过各种途径进入水环境,对环境生态系统产生危害,并产生大量耐药菌,对人类健康构成威胁。同时,它们对水造成的污染也受到了广泛的关注。目前树脂吸附法因其耐酸碱等特性在环境抗生素的富集、分离和监测中具有独特的优势,树脂吸附的技术在被污染水的应用逐渐广泛。研究了四种不同吸附剂对四环素类抗生素的吸附行为与机理。结果表明:吸附剂对四环素的吸附受吸附剂本身的性质、温度、pH值和离子强度等影响;抗生素在溶液中的不同存在形式会影响其吸附行为与机理。不同条件下的吸附等温线可以用Freundlich模型和Langmuir模型进行拟合。分析表明π-π键是影响吸附过程的主要作用力。

Abstract:With more and more extensive use of antibiotics, all kinds of antibiotics enter water environment through various channels,they perturb ecosystem, increase the proliferation of antibiotics-resistant pathogens , and could pose threats to human health. At the same time, water pollution caused by antibiotics gets widespread concern. Because of that its Acid-Alkaline resistance and other characteristics has unique advantage in enriching& separating and monitoring antibiotics of the environment, the resin adsorption of water pollution is widely used. The present study aimed to elucidate the behavior of four adsorbing material in the adsorption of tetracyclines(TCs) from aqueous solutions. The study result indicated that the capacity of adsorbing material was impacted by itself, temperature,pH and ion concentration . The result can observe that the interaction with adsorbing material is changed with the forms of tetracyclines. Adsorption isotherms of tetracyclines on the four adsorbing material could be fitted with Freundlich model and Langmuir model. The analysis showed that π-π EDA interaction play the important role for the adsorption capacity.

由于抗生素的滥用情况严重,抗生素对我国水体的污染也备受瞩目,对于含有抗生素的废水如何处理时一个亟待解决的问题,目前吸附技术在被污染水的应用逐渐广泛。本文选用几种不同的吸附剂:超高交联树脂MN-200、XAD-4、多壁-无基团、多壁-COOH、多壁-OH碳纳米管和石墨-无基团、石墨-OH、石墨-COOH碳纳米管进行实验,通过静态平衡吸附实验筛选后,研究温度、PH、离子强度等因素对吸附的影响。
