本系统开发采用ASP.NET编程语言，以Visual Studio 2005、SQL Server 2005为开发工具，Windows XP作为操作系统而实现。通过大学生职业规划网所提供全面的自我测评，就能够清晰的认识自己，找到自己的职业定位。这个网站是基于职业生涯规划流程来建立的。而在其中的自我评估部分是重点。关于自我评估部分用了测评的方式诠释，其中包含职业情商测评、职业智商测评、职场素质测评、专业能力测评以及相关的职业规划建议。这些测评中包含了心理学、社会学、逻辑学，性格分析学等相关的内容。
本网站可以达到增进大学生与社会职业的需求关系，从自己的职业规划中认识社会，了解社会,发展自己。
