摘要:随着社会信息化的发展,当前各级各类科研项目的申报和管理都采用了管理信息系统进行管理。这样可以实现科研管理数字化,使之更加方便快捷,从而提高科技项目网上管理的工作效率。本课题以南京市科技局为应用单位,实现南京市科技计划项目的网上申报。
本系统利用数据库开发技术及面向对象的程序设计方法,进行各个子系统的功能设计。本系统采用的数据库是SQL server 2005数据库,开发语言为JAVA,myEclipse作为前台的开发工具。通过使用JDBC数据接口来连接SQL server 2005从而实现各种功能。
本系统的用户分为三个角色:管理员、科研管理员和个人。针对不同角色,实现的主要功能有用户帐号管理、资源管理、项目管理、项目审核管理和项目评审管理。管理员的功能有资源管理、用户帐号管理和项目评审管理;科研管理员的功能有查看项目信息,项目审核管理和修改个人信息;个人实现的功能有账号注册、项目的添加、项目的申请和修改个人信息。
本系统界面美观、操作简单易懂、安全性高,基本上满足了南京市科研项目申报管理的要求。

Abstract:With the development of information society, all kinds of scientific research project application and management adopt management information system currently. This enables research management digitization and makes it more convenient and fast, so as to improve the efficiency of the online management of science and technology projects. This project is based on Nanjing science and Technology Bureau, aiming to realize online application of Nanjing science and technology plan projects.
The various subsystems function of the system are individually designed, using database development technology and method of object-oriented design. The database management system is SQL Server 2005 database system and development language is JAVA. MyEclipse is the Foreground development tools. The system uses JDBC data interface to connect to SQL Server 2005 in order to achieve a variety of functions .
There are three kinds of roles in the system: administrator, research administrator and individual. For different roles, the main functions of the system include user account management, resource management, project management, project audit management and review management. The administrator has the functions of resource management, user account management and project review management. The research administrator has the functions of viewing project information, project audit management and modifying personal information. The individual has the functions of account registration, adding projects, project application and modifying personal information.
The system has the advantages of beautiful interface, easy operation and high security. It can basically meet the requirements of Scientific research project management in Nanjing.
