摘要:随着信息社会的到来和电子政务在我国的普及，信息系统的建设成为每个院校面临的头等问题，如何提高二级学院教学工作综合评估的效率，是学校管理所面临的一个重要任务，本系统采用浏览器/服务器（B/S）设计模式，使用动态网页设计技术，采用JAVA脚本语言完成动态的、交互的Web服务器应用程序，对二级学院教学工作综合评估管理系统进行了全面的分析设计。本系统能够为学校的教学工作评估提供更有效、更快速、更便捷的服务。
本系统是一套基于B/S模式设计开发二级学院教学工作综合评估系统，本系统实现了指标信息管理、观测点管理、指标解说管理、教学信息审核、评估结果查询、教学评估等各种教学管理工作。

Abstract:With the coming of information society and the electronic government affairs in China's popularization, the construction of the information system to become every education faces top problems, and how to improve the teaching work level 2 college comprehensive evaluation efficiency, is the school management facing an important task, the system USES the browser/server (B/S) design mode, using dynamic Web design technology, using JAVA script language complete dynamic and interactive Web server application, to level 2 of the teaching work comprehensive evaluation management system for the comprehensive analysis of the design. 大学二级学院教学评估工作是一项繁琐，复杂的过程，随着高校的扩招，大学生数量的增加，以及设置的专业更多，都使得原有的教学评估工作更加困难。以前的二级学院教学评估系统已经难以满足现实的需要。为了改变当前的这种不便情况，尽快构建一个更加高效，更加理想化的教育教学评估体系，提出了基于网络的大学二级学院教学评估系统的构想。初步探索了利用校园网构建二级学院教学管理的步骤。
大学二级学院教学评估系统是一项具体化的教学管理系统，功能性很强，十分繁杂。原先半手工化的基于小型数据库的教学评估体系已经无法适应学校的发展。所以，建立一个规范的，完整的教学评估系统是非常必要的。此系统可以实现如信息录入，查询，检索，统计等评估功能。让二级学院的教学情况可以直观的给教务处查看并且教务处进行评估。让不同学院的分级管理达到同步管理，资源共享。实现管理的科学化，合理化，信息化。
