摘要:为了建立现代企业管理机制，提高企业员工办公效率，实现企业办公规范化、数字化和信息化，本人为中小企业开发了一个办公室信息管理系统。
该系统使用SSH平台、JSP技术、MySQL数据库技术及JAVA语言开发，实现了企业考勤管理、人事管理、事项管理、邮件管理和个人办公管理等功能，具有界面简单、操作方便等特点。
论文从介绍课题的开发背景和意义入手，分析和研究了中小型企业信息管理的相关技术，介绍了系统的总体方案设计思路和设计方法，重点介绍了系统各模块的设计方法和设计过程。

Abstract:In order to establish a modern enterprise management mechanism, improve the working efficiency of employees, corporate office standardization, digitization and information technology, I have an office information management system developed for small and medium-sized enterprises. The system uses SSH platform, JSP technology, MySQL database technology and JAVA language development, enterprise time and attendance management, personnel management, issues management, mail management and personal office management functions, with a simple interface and convenient operation. The paper describes the development of the subject background and significance, analyzes and research of small and medium-sized enterprise information management technology, the general scheme of the system design ideas and design methods, focusing on the various modules of the system design methods and design process.

本信息管理系统是专为中小企业的信息管理而设计的，可以为中小企业乃至中小商店的信息管理提供较为科学的管理模型，能有效的促进中小企业的信息管理工作效率的提高，用计算机信息管理的方法实现对信息的管理。
开发系统的一个目的是针对目前普遍的中小企业信息管理系统存在的功能不全，操作复杂，系统要求高等一系列问题。该管理系统采用基于B/S 架构的设计模式，可靠，方便，并且功能齐全。
开发系统的另一个目的是使其具有强大的实用价值，即它可以满足中小型企业的信息管理需要，又能集中处理管理信息的变动，为企业的调整发展创造一个新的条件。
总体来说，系统的开发目标分为以下几点：
(1) 系统界面整洁，美观，操作简单；
(2) 可随时掌握最新的员工信息；
(3) 灵活准确的考勤，提高工作效率；
(4) 查询灵活方便，数据安全可靠；
(5) 功能全面，实用性强。
