摘要：随着人类社会的发展，社会信息量的与日俱增，人类对知识的需求也不断地增长。在这种形势下，中学的人事管理变得越来越麻烦，则管理员需要方便快捷的进行自己的工作和更准确更具效率的工作。为了提高管理员对最平凡工作的效率，最大的方便学校教职工资料的查询，方便学校对教职工进行有效管理，开发一套功能完善的高校人事管理系统就显得很必要了。
目前各中学普遍的人事管理系统存在的功能不全，操作复杂，系统要求高等一系列问题，甚至有些学校仍然采用手工记录的方式登记数据。所以开发一个具有个性化的人事管理系统很有必要，而这个管理系统需要与 MIS系统相联系，在学校内部建成可靠，方便，并且功能齐全的MIS系统。从而在学校建立对教职工人事管理的系统；对学校人事管理人员软件操作的适应时间和操作感觉方面都将有大大的提高。
对于这个系统，它基本实现了管理员对教职工信息档案的管理，系统角色分为管理员、校长、普通教师三种，同时系统还设置了前台，前台的功能主要实现了用户之间的相互交流与互动，对系统的不足与合理的管理可以得到及时的反应，为完善管理提供了一个民主的平台，同时在前台还可以显示优秀教师信息，使得优秀教师的评估更为公开公正。
本系统开发采用ASP.NET编程语言，以Visual Studio 2005、SQL Server 2000为开发工具，Windows XP作为操作系统来实现。设计实现了教职工档案信息管理、教职工工资信息管理和发放、公告信息管理、考勤信息管理、聘任信息管理、账号信息管理等主要功能。
